1. Duties & Responsibilities

1. *Plan a weekly & monthly production schedule
2. *R & D in production
3. *Conduct a periodic inventory and calculate cost of material and selling price
4. *Oversee the production at branch stores
5. *Train & supervise production employees at branch stores
6. *Manage kitchen managers at stores and production employees
7. *Report periodic production schedule with results
