[ Duties and Responsibilities ]
• Assumes responsibility for the measurement and effectiveness of all warehouse processes.
• Tracks and resolves problems involving damaged goods, incorrect orders, and missing goods
• Responsible for interview, hiring, review, discipline and termination process for warehouse personnel
• Provides leadership to assigned personnel through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication.
• Assigns and coordinates personnel, scheduling to ensure workload is done efficiently. Keeps shift properly staffed keeping in mind vacation requests, leaves, etc
• Continually enforces productivity standards. Discusses areas needing improvement
• Assists in developing policies and procedures for Warehouse operations
• Makes recommendations for equipment purchases and capital improvements
• Communicate and collaborate with purchasing managers and sales reps
• Monitors and ensures integrity of our products and ensures that food safety standards are met.
• Responsible for the security of the building and all products
• Other duties may be assigned as business conditions change and all requirements are subject to modification

[ Qualifications ]
• Associate’s Degree or higher
• Language : English and Korean (Required)
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Basic math skills required
• Valid forklift license (preferred)

• HQ located in MD
