If you are looking for a fast growing, passionate company that values both its people and its businesses, and has a winning track record, this opportunity will be perfect to your job search! <strong>[ Duties and Responsibilities ]</strong> • Assumes responsibility for the measurement and effectiveness of all warehouse processes. • Tracks and resolves problems involving damaged goods, incorrect orders, and missing goods • Responsible for interview, hiring, review, discipline and termination process for warehouse personnel • Provides leadership to assigned personnel through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication. • Assigns and coordinates personnel, scheduling to ensure workload is done efficiently. Keeps shift properly staffed keeping in mind vacation requests, leaves, etc • Continually enforces productivity standards.
