    Job Description-
    On-Sites are responsible for managing company job application channels, seeking out new talent, screening applicants, interviewing candidates and hiring new employees. They have to maintain a large network of qualified candidates to fill positions. On-Sites might also design and implement college recruitment initiatives. You will be in charge of filling the needs for our client, reporting to weekly meetings, completing reports, and meeting strict deadlines in a timely and professional manner.

    Location: Hazel Park, MI

    Responsibilities-
    Partner with hiring managers to develop professional position specifications, evaluate candidate potential and follow through by acquiring the best candidates. Conduct reference checks for candidates and manage onboarding process for new hires.
    Write and place recruiting advertising in various media sources. Maintain internal job posting records and implement external recruitment tracking and processing procedures.
    On-Site Responsibilities

    The On-Site work is being responsible for effectively meeting the temporary help and/or training needs of our client.
    This person will need to develop and retaining business by providing outstanding customer service.
    There will also need to be associate interaction such as; associate development, one on one coaching, conflict resolution among associates, lead associates group meetings and training.
    Some reporting that will be expected include; Key Performance Indicator tracking, quality reports, audits, site or individual performance tracking and customer required reports.
    Maximize quality and productivity by understanding job standards for each function, and evaluating performance variances in order to identify root cause and corrective action.

    Requirements

    -Proficient in Excel
    -Bilingual required
    -Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
    -Able to work in a fast-paced environment
    -Must be able to handle working under pressure
    -Possess at least a High School Diploma/ GED
    -Possess valid documentation to prove your right to work within the United States
    -Have an updated “RESUME” that can be sent through email
