On-Sites are responsible for managing company job application channels, seeking out new talent,
screening applicants, interviewing candidates and hiring new employees. They have to maintain a large
network of qualified candidates to fill positions. On-Sites might also design and implement college
recruitment initiatives. You will be in charge of filling the needs for our client, reporting to weekly
meetings, completing reports, and meeting strict deadlines in a timely and professional manner.
Partner with hiring managers to develop professional position specifications, evaluate candidate potential
and follow through by acquiring the best candidates. Conduct reference checks for candidates and manage
onboarding process for new hires.
Write and place recruiting advertising in various media sources. Maintain internal job posting records and
implement external recruitment tracking and processing procedures.
