I-140 거절 돼서 motion to reopen the case filing했는데요,
변호사 왈, motion이 granted 됐다고 하면서, 빨리 보충 서류 가지고 resopnd 한다고 합니다.
그런데, 저한테 USCIS에서 이메일을 보냈는데,
” We reopened a denied I-140 and sent a notice of intent to deny” 라고 합니다.
대체 뭔 말인지.. …
원래 변호사 말로는 notice of intent to revoke 보낼거라고 했는데, notice of intent to deny하고 어떻게 다른건지 아시는 분 답변 좀 부탁 드리겠습니다.
