영주권을 신청할려고 막 준비단계에 들어 갔습니다.

이 스펙으로 NIWEB2  신청 및 승인이 가능 할까요?

– 전공: Neuroscience 

– 논문 : First author 1개 , 2nd author 3개, submission 1개
         피인용수 130 회
         CBS news, nature news, medical news 그외 7 군데 발표 논문 소개됨
         Conference presentation : 13 회

– 변호사 평가: 메일을 보냈는데, 아직 답변이 없음

that’s good enough. just get a good lawyer.

Seems better than my case (I got Greencard through NIW).
But you know, NIW approval is not decided by the number of papers or cititations.

Please have evaluation process with at least 4-5 lawyers who have good reputation.
You can make decision after getting all results.
Check your strong point and weak point as well.

However, there are some greedy laywers who just want money.
Typically they say your strong point only to make contract.
Be careful when you pick your lawyer.
