I’m shopping for Mortgage now new house. Have any one worked with QuickenLoans.com before? They seems have better rate they are saying but they don’t send out the good faith estimation until i deposit $500 application fee. I haven’t done this long times so it must be new thing. I used to gather bunch of GFE and compare. Isn’t that the case any more because of subprime caos?

Anyway, please let me know any good lender or broker. I’m looking for 15 years fixed .
