    Job Description
    This position will interact with both internal and external teams and clients to oversee and deliver marketing projects, focusing on new product launches and disciplines including campaign activity, search, public relations, business development, and graphic design. Given this, it is imperative that the Marketing Project Manager carries a strong knowledge of products and all marketing disciplines and is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    The Marketing Project Manager will work closely with the headquarters R&D team, Task Force team, and CEO to ensure that all marketing activities are delivered on time and are of exceptional quality. The Marketing Project Manager will also be the intermediary between the Sales and Marketing Manager and the Marketing team, ensuring that the strategy set by senior management is delivered on time and within budget. Key to the role is the ability to execute activities that increase brand recognition across product and service portfolios with the focus to increase market share and sales within key target audiences. National and international travel may be required at times.

    Essential Responsibilities
    – Create and manage marketing plans and schedules for new product launch
    – Manage multiple, simultaneous project schedules, working with cross-functional team members that may include internal and external resources
    – Development of innovation strategies and relationship building activities
    – Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
    – Conduct market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups
    – Monitor competitor activity in multi-industrial markets
    – Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager, providing input into the Strategic Marketing plans
    – Work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to coordinate the delivery of promotional campaigns and liaise with necessary external parties such as PR agencies
    – Assist with the deployment of other marketing initiatives as required by our clients from time to time
    – Provide post event analysis and reports as required by Management

    Selection Criteria
    – 3+ years’ experience working within a corporate Marketing function (medical/fitness equipment / technology industry experience is preferred)
    – Exceptional written and communication skills
    – Meticulous attention to detail
    – Demonstrated ability to understand complex product offerings and client issues
    – Proven ability to oversee multiple projects with conflicting priorities
    – A tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline
    – Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Packages

    Preferred Qualifications
    – Preferred to be bilingual in Korean and English
