I run the finance department at a small marketing consulting company.  As our company works on some management consulting assignments, I was curious about the kind of hourly rates used by mgt consulting companies to determine their project costs.  Does anyone know what kind of hourly rates are used for the following positions/levels?

Partner (rain maker):

Principal (same as Senior Associate, plus additional years of consulting experience):

Senior Associate (same as Assocaite + 2 to 5 years of additional consulting experience):

Associate (MBA degree, usually ~5 years of pre-MBA experience, and 1-3 years of management consulting experience):

아무튼간에……

즉, 그 Rate 이라는게 님 회사에서 Client 한테 Charge 하는 금액을 말씀하시는 것이죠???

일반적으로 프로젝트가 Long-term 이냐 Short-term 이냐에 따라서 차이가 나고요. 그리고 Management Consulting 도 종류가 많아서 구체적으로 무슨 프로젝트냐에 따라서 차이 많이 나고요. 또한 경기에 따라서 변동이 심하고요.

대충 6개월 정도 프로젝트라고 가정해 보았을때, Senior Associte 정도면 시간당 120불 내외 Project Lead 급이면 시간당 150불 정도.
