    Job Overview:
    As the Director of LG Smart Technology Chemical Manufacturing, you will be responsible for leading and managing the company’s strategic planning and execution in the field of chemical manufacturing, promoting the application of smart technology in manufacturing processes, and improving production efficiency and product quality. You will work closely with the R&D team, production team and other relevant departments to ensure that the company’s chemical products meet market demand and quality standards, and promote sustainable development practices.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning

    Develop and implement strategic plans related to chemical manufacturing to ensure consistency with the company’s overall strategic goals.

    Identify market trends and new technologies, and use smart technology to improve production efficiency and innovation capabilities.

    Team Management

    Lead the chemical manufacturing team, provide guidance and support, and motivate team members to grow in technology and management.

    Participate in talent recruitment, training and performance evaluation to build a high-performance team.

    Production Process Optimization

    Analyze existing production processes, identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and promote smart manufacturing solutions.
    Oversee the production process of chemical products to ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
    Quality Control

    Develop and implement quality assurance plans to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
    Handle customer feedback and complaints, analyze the root causes of problems and take necessary improvement measures.
    Cost Management

    Complete annual budget and cost control to ensure that production costs are effectively controlled within an acceptable range.
    Look for opportunities to reduce costs while ensuring that product quality is not affected.
    Cross-departmental collaboration

    Communicate and collaborate with R&D, marketing and supply chain teams to ensure a smooth transition from concept to market.
    Regularly report progress and results to senior management and provide decision support.
    Qualifications:

    Education: Master’s degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or related fields.

    Work experience: At least 10 years of work experience in chemical manufacturing or related fields, including more than 5 years of management experience.

    Skills:

    Familiar with modern manufacturing processes and smart technology applications (such as Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, etc.).
    Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
    Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work effectively with people from different backgrounds.
