Position : Project Manager
Role & Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope changes, contractual deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements while driving continuous project improvement.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations for extended periods as required by project needs.Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, logistics, automation, industrial installation, construction, or related industries
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) required
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
• Experience in warehouse automation, robotics, ASRS, conveyor, sortation, or material handling systems.
• Experience managing large-scale logistics, manufacturing, industrial, or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, vendor management, and procurement processes.
• Experience participating in defense industry projects, military programs, government contracts, or defense acquisition initiatives strongly preferredBenefit & Salary
• Pay: The pay range is $70,000 – $130,000 (A wide range of factors are utilized in compensation decisions, including but not limited to, experience, skill sets, job-related knowledge, geographic market, and other key qualifications based on business needs.)
• Bonus: These positions are bonus eligible.
