Primary Duties
• Provide maintenance and technical support for automated material handling systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo motors, sensors, and control systems.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Modify and optimize PLC programs as required.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with customer maintenance teams and operations personnel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability.
• Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
Qualifications
•3+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering.
•Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi PLCs.
•Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
•Experience troubleshooting automated equipment.
•Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Siemens PLC platforms (TIA Portal, S7-1200, S7-1500, WinCC) preferred.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation systems.
• Experience in warehouse automation, robotics, ASRS, conveyor, or material handling systems.
• Strong communication skills in English.
Compensation and Benefits
• Pay: The pay range is $70,000 – $150,000. (A wide range of factors are utilized in compensation decisions, including but not limited to,
experience, skill-sets, job-related knowledge, geographic market, and other key qualifications based on business needs.)
• Bonus: These positions are bonus eligible.
