Position : Engineering Consultant – Automation / Logistics

[Role & Responsibility]
• Analyze customer logistics data and validate throughput requirements
• Assess current logistics processes and propose improvements (Process Innovation, PI)
• Develop automation solution concepts and system designs
• Analyze RFPs and prepare technical proposals
• Collaborate with clients and internal project teams on technical discussions
• Conduct productivity analysis and support simulation modeling inputs
• Participate in end-to-end automation projects (proposal, deployment, implementation)

[Qualifications]
• Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, automation, or consulting projects
• Experience in:
– Logistics process improvement (PI projects)
– Automation solution proposal and implementation
– Data analysis using Excel or analytical tools (e.g., R, Python equivalent)
– Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word (proposal development)
• Seeking a Bi-lingual candidate fluent in both English & Korean

[Compensation and Benefits]
• Pay: The pay range for this position is $70,000 – $120,000
