Position : PLC Controls Engineer (Siemens preferred)
Role & Responsibilities
• Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC/HMI systems for automation projects.
• Support system integration, testing, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, installation, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Diagnose and resolve control system issues to improve system performance and reliability.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations for extended periods as required by project needs.Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of PLC programming and industrial automation experience.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills required.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Siemens PLC platforms (TIA Portal, S7-1200, S7-1500, WinCC) preferred.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation systems.
• Experience in warehouse automation, robotics, ASRS, conveyor, or material handling systems.
• Experience supporting defense, military, or government-funded projects is a plus.Benefit & Salary
• Pay: The pay range is $70,000 – $130,000 (A wide range of factors are utilized in compensation decisions, including but not limited to, experience, skill sets, job-related knowledge, geographic market, and other key qualifications based on business needs.)
