    LC filing: Dec 16th 2008
    LC Audit notice: Oct 14th 2009

    I talked to lawyer today and she said the reason of audit is “my company laid many Americans off this year but why kept foreign worker?”.

    I don’t know how my laywer will handle this issue.
    And how long will it take? 1 year? —- —-

      I got Audit notice in April, 2008 & I’m still waiting…
