Trackkit 에 들렀다가 LC 관련해서 통계분석한 글이 있어 퍼옵니다. 이 분에 의하면 LC audit에 걸린 경우 신청일부터 승인까지 평균 2년 이상 걸릴 것으로 예상하셨습니다. 저는 08년 7월에 EB-2로 LC신청하고 지난 3월 오딧 통보 받았습니다. 아직 펜딩….

Average processing time: 600 days
Standard deviation: 17 daysAnd there was no trend line of slowing down or accelerating from 600 days. It seems as if they are precisely controlling these audited cases to take exactly 20 months.

When sorted by Approval date, there’s a certain trend. Based on that trend (that might explain what’s happening inside DOL), September 2009 will show about 730 day total processing time with +20 days per month uptrend, meaning we’ll get 750 on October approvals. Since they don’t follow FIFO (thought they lost a law suit on that), standard deviation is high and unpredictable. We don’t know wether this stat can represent what they are capable of or we are just seeing them temporarily due to an internal process change.
