■ 직무명 : Retail Sales Dept. Marketing Team – Growth Marketing Manager

■ 업무내용 :
• Research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies across various channels.
• Plan, execute, and manage growth and lifecycle marketing campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies.
• Oversee affiliate marketing programs, including partner recruitment, performance monitoring, and optimization to drive revenue growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate promotional schedules and ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns across all touchpoints.
• Plan and develop content and strategies to support customer lifecycle stages and affiliate promotions, aligning with key sales events and overall marketing objectives.
• Manage Klaviyo email operations, including list segmentation, automation workflows, campaign scheduling, and execution.
• Implement and analyze A/B tests within Klaviyo to optimize email content, design, and delivery for improved engagement and conversion rates.
• Ensure the technical integrity of email marketing efforts, including tracking, segmentation accuracy, and deliverability.
• Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with external partners, including affiliate networks and technology providers, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Communicate with the headquarters in Korea, providing periodic performance reports and aligning on growth marketing strategies.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, clearly articulating key findings and strategic recommendations.
• Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate performance insights.

■ 자격요건 :
– 학사 이상
– Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing 또는 Affiliate Marketing 관련 경력 3~5년 이상
– 리테일 또는 소비재 업종 마케팅 경험 우대
– Audience Segmentation 및 Conversion Optimization 경험 보유자 및 실제 성과 개선 사례 보유자
– Klaviyo 이메일 마케팅 운영 및 데이터 최적화 경험 보유자 (Automation, Segmentation, A/B Testing 포함)
