■ 업무내용 :
1. Assist in the preparation and review of project submittals and RFIs
2. Coordinate technical details with design consultants and subcontractors
3. Support in estimating, cost control, and budgeting
4. Maintain project schedules and assist with updates
5. Monitor construction progress and prepare reports
6. Ensure compliance with federal construction standards (NAVFAC, USACE, GSA)
7. Document project activities and maintain construction records
8. Participate in QA/QC procedures and inspections
9. Provide support in procurement of materials and services

■ 자격요건 :
– Estimator, Project Engineer, Project Manager 등 건설 분야 10년 이상 경력자
– 건설관리, 토목공학, 기계공학 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위 이상 (필수)
– 정부 프로젝트 경험: 정부/연방 계약 프로젝트 수행 경험 필수  - 프로젝트 리스트 제출 (발주 기관, 계약 유형, 프로젝트 규모, 수행 역할, 수행 기간 포함)
– 영어-한국어 이중 언어 구사자
– eCMS 및 Procore 사용 경험 우대
– 잦은 이직자 지원 지양
