Ocean Import Specialist I
Location: Carson, CA

Responsibilities:
– Perform daily task (daily report / shipment tracking / communicate with clients, etc.)
– Gather information from clients to determine their shipping needs.
– Obtain shipping quotes from carriers and passing them on to clients.
– Book freight service through carriers for clients.
– Coordinate the pick up and drop off shipments.

Sr. Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:
– Communicate with customers via email and phone to support daily logistics operations.
– Perform data entry, maintain and update Excel master files, and manage shipment records accurately and efficiently.
– Utilize in-house freight forwarding systems to process, track, and manage shipments.
– Monitor, track, and update shipment statuses as part of daily operational procedures.

Logistics Specialist I

Warehouse Specialist
