Full Job Description
This role will serve as a liaison between the restaurant franchisor headquarter and its network of franchised locations. The Franchise Business Consultant will work to ensure corporate initiatives across all core business areas are met, driving performance and impacting long term success for our franchised business partners.

Core Responsibilities

Achieves financial and operational growth through corporate initiatives and projects.
Provides effective oversight of compliance with the franchisor’s Core Operating Standards.
Responsible for multiple accounts, guiding franchisees through the onboarding process while effectively communicating brand expectations and managing their progress
Assist in supporting CRM strategies and communicating to franchise partners areas of opportunity to improve our guest experience.
Collaborate as needed with different teams and departments to launch new programs that contribute franchise performance improvements.
Conducts franchise performance visits assigned and develop a plan of action focused on store operational improvements
Job Requirements:

College degree required
Experience in the food & beverage/ QSR industry, multi-unit franchise operations, or business operations preferred.
Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, power point)
Can effectively communicate written and verbally
Possess strong creative thinking, organizational, and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and tasks while reprioritizing based on need and importance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
