Korean/Chinese Immigration Case Manager

Hudson Legal Group is seeking a Korean/Chinese Speaking Immigration Case Manager to be trained in employment-based immigration, including preparing and filing H-1B, L-1, E-1, E-2, PERM Labor Certifications, I-140 (especially EB1C) and I-485 Applications. We require long-term commitment and provide competitive benefit packages.

Job Duties
– Discuss legal objectives with clients and work to assure they are met.
– Manage various projects and deadlines.
– Negotiate, prepare, and revise documents.
– Explain legal languages.
– Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes, judicial decisions, and statutes.

– Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect immigration.
– Develop solutions to complex legal questions.
– Provide training to companies and individuals on substantive legal topics and updates about new immigration laws and regulations.
– Enthusiastically assist with marketing of existing service offerings.
– Provide input of new services and market strategies.

Requirements
– LLM or JD Degree
– Fluent in both English and Korean/Chinese
– Active in bar association(s)

Preferred
– Experience in a variety of employment-based immigration law matters
– Proficiency in foreign language
– Visa Sponsorship
