Does current job title have an affect on the PW of the LC? My company is little concerned about promoting me to a Director position since I’ll be applying for the LC under ‘marketing analyst’ title which meets the PW that’s closest to my current wage. Is this mean my official title has to become marketing analyst or can this be just used for the purpose of filing? I assume different companies have different title that representing different level of experience.

 

Last, the company lawyer is saying that i need to apply for level 3 for marketing analysts position. Is this true? I have Master’s degree and over 10 years of experience.
