Overview of Part Manager
Part Manager will be responsible for recording and handling the daily parts inventory information for In Home Repair Service.
ResponsibilitiesManage, maintain and develop procedural and internal control documentation for inventory reporting.
Oversee and facilitate daily cycle counting and bi-annual/quarterly physical inventory audits
Monthly monitoring and financial reporting of supply/demand variances as well as shrinkage
Identify root cause of order discrepancies and provide corrective action (system, people and/or process)
Qualifications
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Advanced Excel skill.
Bilingual English and Korean requested but not required.
Experience in Logistics requested but not required.
Basic understanding of AP and AR requested but not required.
Ability to communicate effectively with various team members and suppliers.
1-2 years of inventory management experience required.
