Safety Manager – Low Voltage / Network Cabling Construction

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support a network and communication cabling / low-voltage construction project in Jeffersonville, OH.

The Safety Manager will oversee day-to-day site safety, ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies, and work closely with project management, contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction safety experience, preferably supporting low-voltage, network infrastructure, telecommunications cabling, electrical, or similar installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily safety activities for low-voltage network and communication cabling construction
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, site requirements, and company safety policies
Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential safety hazards
Perform JSA/JHA, risk assessments, and corrective-action follow-up
Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
Monitor contractors and subcontractors for compliance with safety procedures
Ensure proper PPE usage and safe work practices
Monitor ladder use, elevated work, material handling, electrical exposure, cable installation, and other construction-related activities
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
Maintain safety documentation, inspection records, training records, and incident reports
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, site leadership, contractors, and employees
Communicate safety requirements between Korean-speaking and English-speaking project teams
Required Qualifications
OSHA 30 certification required
Korean/English bilingual required
Previous experience as a Safety Manager, Safety Supervisor, EHS/Safety professional, or similar role
Hands-on construction site safety experience
Knowledge of OSHA construction safety requirements
Experience conducting site inspections, JSA/JHA, toolbox talks, safety training, and incident investigations
Strong safety documentation and reporting skills
Ability to work on-site in Jeffersonville, OH for the duration of the project
Preferred Qualifications
Safety experience with low-voltage, network/communication cabling, telecommunications, electrical, or related construction projects
Experience with structured cabling or network infrastructure installation
Experience supporting large-scale industrial, manufacturing, data center, or technology infrastructure projects
Experience working with Korean corporate/project teams
