IT Operations (MES / Warehouse Systems)

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (DOE)

We are seeking an IT Operations Engineer to support the daily operation, maintenance, and administration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and warehouse IT systems within a logistics environment. This role is responsible for ensuring stable system operations, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting warehouse users, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain efficient warehouse and manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting MES, WMS, ERP, or other manufacturing/logistics applications, along with a strong IT infrastructure background.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and support daily operations of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and warehouse systems.
Troubleshoot system, application, network, and hardware issues to minimize operational downtime.
Support warehouse operations by ensuring the stability and availability of IT systems and applications.
Maintain Windows/Linux servers and related IT infrastructure.
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, scanners, handheld devices, and other warehouse IT equipment.
Support ERP, WMS, and MES integrations with warehouse and manufacturing operations.
Perform system monitoring, backups, patch management, and basic disaster recovery activities.
Coordinate with vendors, business users, and internal IT teams to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
Maintain IT asset inventory, system documentation, and operational procedures.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and new IT infrastructure implementation projects.
Provide end-user technical support and user training when required.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or Manufacturing/Logistics IT Support.
Experience supporting MES, WMS, ERP, or warehouse/manufacturing applications.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic Linux administration.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and customer support skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics operations.
Knowledge of SQL or database fundamentals.
Experience supporting barcode scanners, handheld devices, label printers, or industrial PCs.
Familiarity with warehouse automation or smart factory environments.
Korean and English bilingual communication skills are a plus.
