Job Duties

Oracle Jet Platform, no minimum experience required. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JAVA, Javascript, JSP, and Jquery
Maintain and Analyze system composed of Oracle Forms & Report
Involve in daily IT system, maintenance activities
Participate as IT trouble ticket coordinator using CMS(Change Management System)
Become involved in new IT project or migration project
Analyze data & performance trends to develop or recommend process & service improvement
Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience
Optional :
Provide daily technical support for IT system users, including PC setup troubleshooting, Printer setup and troubleshooting, and managing inventory of IT equipment
Assemble and configures network components and associated services
Install and test necessary software and hardware
Establish network users, user environments, directories, and security for networks being installed

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree or higher in related Engineering field
Expert knowledge and skills with Oracle Database(11g), Oracle Forms & Reports, Java ADF, Apex, HTML/JSP
Skills to oversee development and implementation of user-training programs for computers
Project management skills in running a successful IT project within budget and timeline
Knowledge on transforming IT environments into cost effective organizations that are aligned with the business objectives
