IT 및 Cybersecurity 프로젝트의 기획 및 수행을 지원할 IT / Cybersecurity Project Consultant를 모집합니다.

본 포지션은 Project Manager를 지원하며 프로젝트 일정 관리, Vendor Coordination, Documentation, 고객 커뮤니케이션 등 PMO 역할을 수행하게 됩니다. 또한 IT Infrastructure 및 Cybersecurity 관련 프로젝트에서 기술 내용을 이해하고 비즈니스 문서로 정리하는 업무를 담당합니다.

한국과 미국 조직 간 협업이 많아 한국어와 영어 모두 능숙한 분을 선호합니다.

Project Coordination
프로젝트 일정, 이슈 및 Action Item 관리
내부 부서 및 외부 Vendor와 프로젝트 Coordination
회의 일정 조율 및 Meeting Minutes 작성
프로젝트 진행 현황 및 Risk 관리
PM 지원 및 프로젝트 산출물 관리
IT / Cybersecurity Consulting Support
고객 요구사항 분석 및 문서화
IT Infrastructure 및 Cybersecurity 프로젝트 지원
기술 미팅 참석 및 내용 정리
프로젝트 보고서 및 제안서 작성
기술 내용을 비즈니스 문서로 정리 및 보고
Vendor Management
Vendor 및 외부 파트너 일정 관리
Deliverable 및 프로젝트 진행 상황 Tracking
한국 본사 및 미국 조직 간 Communication 지원
Documentation
PowerPoint, Word, Excel 기반 보고서 작성

자격 요건
IT, Cybersecurity, PMO 또는 Consulting 관련 경력 5~8년 이상
한국어 및 영어 능통
Project Coordination 또는 PMO 경험
Vendor Management 경험
PowerPoint, Excel, Word 활용 능력 우수
문서 작성 및 보고 능력 우수
