대부분 인터뷰 없이 영주권이 나온다더니 저희는 왜 인터뷰하라고 나온건지…
궁금해서 변호사에게 이멜로 물었더니 아래와 같이 답변이 왔더군요.

그리고 이 노티스에서는 priority date이 이민국에서 485접수 받은 날짜로 왔던데 인터뷰 노티스 받으신 다른 분들도 그러신지 좀 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.

The purpose for this interview is the officer wants to check your and your family’s origional documents, such as passport, visa, I-94, H-1B approval notices, and family census register or equivalent documents to prove birth and marriage. They will also verify that you are currently employed in IT field. You need to bring a letter issued from the company XXXXXX, stating your current employment status, wage, and their intention to continue to sponsor you, as well as your 2008 and 2007 W-2s, and most recent 3 months pay stubs/pay statements.
