안녕하세요… 요즘 ING Direct 이자율이 올라가서 이쪽으로 옮길려고 하는데, savings account랑 CD 모두 자세히 살펴보니깐, US Citizen 이거나 permanent resident 여야 한다고 하는데, F-1 비자는 account를 가질 수 없는지 궁금합니다. 앞의 글들을 읽어보았는데, 그런 언급을 하신 분들은 없어서 가능한 것 같기도 하구, 정식 약관에 이런 언급이 있어서 혼란스럽네요.
