An official academic record showing that the alien has a U.S. advanced degree(or a foreign equivalent degree); or
An Official academic record showing that the alien ahs a U.S. baccalaureate degree(or a foreign equivalent degree), and evidence in the form of letters from current or former employer(s) showing that the alien has at least five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the specialty.02/10/09 I485 RFE 보냄
I140, 485 접수할때 이미 보냈던 서류들인데 왜 다시 요청하는지 모르겠습니다. 내용으로 보아 학사 + 5년인 경우는 대학 졸업 후 경력을 말하고 현재 직장 경력도 인정을 해주는 것 같습니다.
아직 I140은 승인이 안났습니다. 접수 이후로 LUD 한번 바뀐 것 말고는 변한게 없는데, I485 RFE가 먼저 뜨니 당황스럽네요. 무슨 징조일까요?
RFE 접수하고 얼마후에나 결정이 나는지요?
