I140 status 업데이트 이메일을 방금 받았습니다.
이것이 무얼 의미하는지 정말 모르겠습니다.
아시는 분의 견해 부탁드립니다.
I-140, preminum, non-concurrent, EB1-b, no address change.
Decision 단계를 건너뛰어 Card/ Document Production 단계로 바로 간것 같은데, 이것이 RFE를 의미할 수도 있는지요? 그렇다면, 왜 RFE라고 status에 명시 안하는지요? 그리고, 중간쯤에,

“You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.”

이렇게 되어 있는데, approval을 암시하는 건가요?

승인 난것입니다.

다시 여쭤서 죄송한데요, 어떤 사람은 RFE 서류일 가능성도 있다는데요… 혹시 그럴 수도 있는지요? 도저히 두다리 뻗고 잠을 잘 수가 없네요…

위에위에 RFE 질문 올린 사람인데요..140 RFE는 website에 RFE로 뜹니다. 다리 뻗고 주무세요....부럽네요

승인이라고 하시는 분들도 이해가 가지만 꼭 그런 것만은 아닙니다
온 글을 잘 보시면 두 부분으로 나뉘어 있는데 아랫부분은 document를 보낼 때마다 통상 오는 것이고 실제 님의 경우에 대해서는

여기 보면 승인이라는 말이 안보인다는 것이 문제입니다
하지만 RFP와는 다릅니다 뭔가 아주 사소한 노티스를 보냈다거나 하면 종종 이런 편지를 보내는 경우도 있습니다 USCIS에 전화 걸어보면 아마도 approval이 아니라고 할 확률이 높다고 봅니다
card or approval notice를 보냈다고 해야 진짜 승인입니다
조금 더 기다려 보세요
