한달던에 업체 세금 증명 요청 하여 제출 하였는데..

이런 상황이 발생 하였습니다.

위와 같은 상태인데 이의신청시 살아날 가능성은?

이민 다시 시작 할때 불이익이 없을지?

미국 방문이나 다른 비자 신청시 불이익 가능성은요

마음이 너무 아픔니다.

무엇때문에 디나이 했는지 자세한 설명이 된 레터가 옵니다..그것에 따라 모션투리오픈할수있는지 없는지 알수 있습니다..저도 디나이 레터 받고(경력증명) 다시 해서 보내서 승인 받았습니다.(저의 아이디로 검색하면 다 나옵니다.).. .. 힘내세요..

세금증명 요청이 있엇다면 회사의 재정부족으로 거절된 것으로 보여 집니다. 회사의 재정이 proffered wage를 증명하지 못한 것이라면 AAO에 Appeal 한다해도 승인 가능성은 거의 없다 입니다. 요즈음 처리기간도 2년정도 소요되는 추세 이고요. 거절 노티스가 오면 변호사와 상의 하셔서 잘 대처 하세요.

현재 한국에 신행 하고 있으며
*** 이주공사에 MSU****라는 스폰서에 신청한 상태이며 저랑 같이 노동 허가(Perm 이전)를 신청 한 사람은 NVC에서 노동 허가 단계에서 거부 되었습니다.
최근에 이회사로 신청한 i140(Perm 진행)은 승인이 난것도 있다고 들었습니다.
우선은 deny 된것을 성공 시킨 변호사에게 다시 의뢰 해달라고 부탁 하여 놓았으나
이주 공사에서 어찌 진행 할지 아직 잘 모르겠습니다.
현재 와이프와 아이에게는 알리지도 못하고 있습니다… 어찌 해야 될지…
