3순위로 작년 7월 27일 영주권과 함께 넣었는데 영주권서류도 디나이 됬나고 연락이 왔습니다.
H1 비자도 12월초에 만기가 되는데
주말이라 변호사도 연락이 안되고 있습니다.

저도 REF없이 디나이된경우입니다.
님의 디나이 사유를 알아야 대처를 할 수 있지않을까요.
저는 이민국 실수로 서류를 통째로 분실한 경우로 죄멊는 제가 i-140이 디나이 되었습니다.
변호사가 영수증과 처음(e-filing)보냈던 모든 서류를 다시보내서(motion)2개월 만에 i-140과 i-485가 승인되었거든요
너무 걱정마시고 디나이 사유를 참조해서 적절히 대처하시면 좋은 결과 있으리라 믿습니다.

저도 지난번 게시판에 올렸는데 작년 7월 26일 접수하고 올해 8월말 EAD renew중에 140 denial notice가 왔습니다. 일주일만에 온 편지에는 initial document missing이었고 바로 MTR해서 기다리는 중입니다. 요즘 이런 케이스가 종종 있지 않나 생각되고 저도 아직 살얼음판을 걷는 중입니다. 이런 경우 가장 해결하기 좋으니 너무 맘상해 하지 마시구요. 그리고 가능한 모든 가능성과 방법을 모색해보세요.
