Position & Responsibilities

The Production & Logistics Engineer applies mechanical and process engineering expertise to optimize the flow of materials, production processes, and product distribution. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and timely operations across manufacturing and supply chain functions, bridging engineering and logistics to support business objectives.

• Real-time Management of Delivery Operations against Customer Plans
• Emergency Response to Unexpected Situations from Clients
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Real-time Inventory Status Monitoring and Management
• Supporting Senior Staff in Operations
• Tracking Purchase Inbound and Outbound History
• Logistics and Material Flow Management
• Technical and Mechanical Support
• Analyze production and logistics processes to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Entry-level experience in a related industry preferred
• Relevant academic background or hands-on training
• Ability to learn and perform job duties with supervision
• Ethical Awareness and Basic English Communication Skills of Interaction with Locals
• Strong sense of Responsibility in Work
• Effective Communication Skills with Supervisors
• Proficiency in Creating Reports using PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement, and data analysis tools
• Understanding of Logistics Flow and supply chain principles
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and workflow optimization software is a plus
