Responsibilities
Process Payroll and follow up on all payroll related inquires
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Assist Employee Benefits: medical, dental, vision, and 401K plans. Implement regular employee communications regarding benefits and conduct annual health insurance renewal and open enrollment processes.
Accountable for compliance with appropriate governmental and legal regulations, policies, and procedures.
Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
Communication liaison with HQ in Korea
Programs to ensure the hiring and retention of the best talent.
Conducts recruitment efforts for all types of employees and new-employee orientations
Performs other related duties as required and assignedQualification
3 + Yrs Human resource area work experience
Preferred PHR Certificates
MS Office required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Attention to detail
Strong service-oriented mindset
Ability to Multi-task
