Happy Friday~!

I am just wondering how I can write in Korean. The OS is Windows XP. In the Regional and Language Option, I tried to choose “Supplemental Language Option” to install the east asian languages but I can’t choose those options. (I can only see the options. Is it blocked by employer?) Are there any other ways to install east asian languages to launch the language bar for Korean?
