long story, myH-1B extension was denied due to HR mistakes by missing signuare. By the time when we were informed, my H-1B status was already expired. All of the sudden i have been out of work.

in the meatime, on my perosnal side, I did file I-485, I-130 and I-765 concurrently. My receipt number is Dec 22, ,2010.
Until Feb 22, 2011 my I-765 status was initial review, but on Feb 23, message changed to
(reopened this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION on February 23, 2011, and are now reviewing our earlier decision)
But i don’t know what the decision was. Do you know what does this message mean?
I’ve never had issues with my H-1b application and trasfers (i am not saying H-1B extension), i don’t have criminal history or anything can be the problem.
I don’t know why i have this kind of message knowing people who applied later than me did get approval.

You might want to call USCIS to find out current status of your filing. If I were you, I would do it… Good luck!!
