1. Job Summary

HD Hyundai Electric America is a leading global manufacturer of power transformers, circuit breakers, rotating machines (electric motors), and other power equipment. As the North American subsidiary of HD Hyundai Electric, we are responsible for sales, project execution, and customer support throughout the U.S. and Canada.

We are currently implementing a Salesforce CRM system integrated with our corporate SAP ERP platform. We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to support SAP development, ERP integration, and interface projects while collaborating closely with our headquarters in Korea and external development partners.

Full-Time (Contract position may be considered based on experience)

3. Top Roles
Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs for ECC and/or S/4HANA.
Design and support SAP-Salesforce integration for Sales Order (SO), Delivery Order (DO), Purchase Order (PO), and related business processes.
Collaborate with headquarters IT teams, implementation partners, and business users to support ERP and CRM projects.

4. Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
Develop and support interfaces between SAP and Salesforce (SFDC).
Support middleware integration using webMethods and participate in interface testing.
Develop custom SAP reports, screens, enhancements, forms, and business logic.
Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform system maintenance.
Work closely with HQ Digital Transformation (DT) Team and external development vendors.
Prepare technical documentation and participate in project meetings.
Support ongoing ERP enhancement projects and system improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of SAP ABAP development experience (ECC or S/4HANA).
Strong understanding of SAP SD/MM modules and sales processes (SO, DO, PO).
Experience with SAP interface development using one or more of the following:
RFC
BAPI
IDoc
REST API
SOAP Web Services
Ability to communicate effectively in both Korean and English.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. (Visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates.)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with webMethods or other EAI/ESB middleware.
Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce (SFDC).
Manufacturing or heavy industry SAP project experience.
Experience collaborating with global teams, especially Korean headquarters.
Experience with SAP enhancement projects and system integration.
