I got my H1B last year and i haven’t been out of US after i graduate.
Before I started working, I had my OPT before.

I’m visiting korea this november. I just scheduled an interview in us embassy at seoul.

I have 1-797A, copy of I-129, DS-156, and employee verification letter.

1. With the documentations that i mentioned, is there anything i should prepare?
2. I’m staying in korea about 10 days. I scheduled the interview on the next day i arrive to seoul. It’ll be enough time. Is it true?

지금 바로 “주한미대사관” 홈페이지로 들어가셔서 H-1B 관련한 필요서류가 아주 자세하게 나열되있습니다. 그게대로 준비하시면 No Problem!!
2.에 대해선,
비자 인터뷰 하시고 Approval 받으시면, 대사관에서는 “10일안에 비자가 배달될것이다”라고 얘기 들으실겁니다. 그런데 실제 거의 모든 사람들이 5일 안에 받습니다. 그러니 10 days는 문제없이 충분하다고 봅니다.
