congratulation. H-1B는 승인된것이고, 신분이 변경된 서류도 우편으로 도착할겁니다. 그것을 HR(인사과?)에 제출하면 바로 일 하는거죠. 사실 지금 일해도 상관 없습니다. 이미 validity date이 11월 30일이니까요(단, HR에서 인정할 경우만<-요게 중요하죠. 메일을 잘 읽어보시면 아실겁니다. 해당 e-mail이 증거자료 등이 될 수 없다고 나와있는 주의 문구가 있어요.) 일주일 이내에 관련 서류 받으실테니. 좀 기다렸다 일 하심이 어떨까요?
