건축석사졸업후.. 첫직장에서 8개월정도 일하다가 작년 12월중순에 Lay-off 되었습니다. 두달 가량 여기저기 일자리를 알아보고는 있지만, 연락이없네요.. 마음을비우고 자격증 시험을 준비하고있던찰나에..

밤 11시쯤에 메일이 날라와서는 다시금 저에게 걱정을 주네요.. 저는작년에 회사에서 프리미엄으로 신청해서 H1b approved 됐다는 receipt 과 서류를 다받아놓았습니다. 그리고 lay-off 바로직전 11월 말경에 3주간 한국으로 휴가를 다녀오고 대사관에서 H1b 비자 인터뷰를 받고 승인을 받아 입국시 그비자로 벤쿠버에서 US Immigration 통과할때 I-94 상에 2011년 까지 받기도 했구요..

그런데 지금와서 왜 제 케이스가 다시 심사가 된다고 할까요?
이것이 현제 제가 레이오프된 상태와 관련이있나요? 이미 approved 난 케이스가 lay-off 가 되었다고해서 아직 job을 못잡아 transfer 를 하지 못한다고 하여 취소되는경우도 있을까요?

갖득이나 이렇게 어려울때 한국행을 선택할수밖에 없는 심정때문에 맘이 편하진 않은데… 이민국에서까지 이런메일을 받네요..
어떤 상황때문인걸까요? 다른분들은 이런경우가 없나요? 어떻게 대처를 해야할까요? 고수님들의 조언 부탁드립니다.
