Post Decision Activity

On February 16, 2011, we sent this case to the Administrative Appeals Office for review. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

이렇게 넘어갔더라구요.
그럼 AAO에서 또 결정을 해서 보내준다는얘기맞나요?

저도 H1B어필하고 기다리고 있습니다. 변호사는 100%라고 장담해서 어필해두고 귀국해서 손꼽아 결과 기다리고 있는데 AAO로 넘어가서 현재 4개월째입니다.
AAO로 넘어가면 승인될 확률이 낮아진다고 들었는데 혹시 AAO로 넘어가서 승인받으신분 있나요? 정보공유부탁합니다.
