RFE에 대한 서류를 6/22 발송하였고, 지난 6월26일 my case status에 들어가보니 RFE response를 6/25에 접수하였고 review중이라고 나왔었는데요,

오늘(7/2) 들어가 보니 your case status가 acceptance로 나오는데요. 이게 RFE에 대한 얘긴지 H1B에 대해 승인을 말하는건지 잘 모르겠네요.

아래가 case status에 나온 원문이거던요. 이게 어떤 의미인지 앞으로 절차가 어떻게 되는지 아시는분 조언 부탁드립니다.

Acceptance

On June 30, 2012, we received this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER and we e-mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. This case is being processed at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

 

승인은 아니고 글쓴이님의 서류를 받았다는 내용이고 켈리센터에서 프로세스를 한다고 합니다. 결과를 아시려면 좀더 기다리셔야 할듯 싶어요. 특별히 하실 일은 기다리는 것외엔 없을 것 같은데요.
