제가 이번에 취업비자 트랜스퍼를 하고 싶은데요

여기 저기 말이 워낙 달라서 여쭤봅니다.

취업비자 처음 신청한 회사에서 최소한 3개월이상에서 6개월까지는 첵을 받아야 한다는 분도 있고

그렇지 않고 바로 트랜스퍼를 할 수 있다는 분들도 있고

사람마다 대답이 다 달라서 너무 헷갈리네요

현재 처음 신청한 회사에서는 이미 이직을 한 상태인데요

취업비자는 이번에 나왔습니다.

지금 다니는 회사로 언제부터 트랜스퍼를 할 수 있나요???

정말 최소한 3개월에서 6개월은 지나야 트랜스퍼가 가능하나요?

어휴..너무 답답하네요.

I’m not a lawyer but I’ve transfered to a new company at the end of MAy right after my H-1B visa was approved(I did the premium processing and received the approval of my H-1B in the middle of April). Even if you left the company that first sponsored your H-1B visa, you can definately transfer to another company before Oct 1, 2009 as long as the new company sponsors your visa. I’m living proof so please don’t get fooled by those who confuse you with some rumors and uncertain inforamtion.
