3월초에 오퍼 수락하고 8월부터 일할 예정입니다. 회사에서 H1B를 해주는데 이렇게 뜨네요.
저도 4월 1일에 H1B가 접수가 되는 줄 알았는데 보니까 시간이 더 걸리더라고요. 저는 배우자가 있어서 그걸 서류 사인해서 보내야 접수가 되나 봅니다. 그리고 말씀하신 노동청에 관련된 내역도 보이네요. 참고가 되었으면 좋겠습니다. 변호사 업체 말로는 2주 안으로 receipt를 받는다고 합니다.
