    새회사에서 receipt notice 받은후 지금직장에서 counter offer받아서 머물기로 했는데… 이런경우는 어떻게 해야되나요

      You are screwed. The fact that your h1b transfer was filed means you have accepted the offer from the other company. You are pissing off the other company real big time. Wow.
