지난번에도 질문을 올렸었는데, 아직 아무도 답을 주시지 않았네요.
회사에서 H-1B 를 받았는데, approve 가 난 뒤에 회사가 그 전의 sole proprietorship 에서 S-corporation 으로 바뀌었어요. 회사의 entity type 만 바뀐것이지 S-corp 의 100% ownership은 예전의 주인과 같습니다.
회사의 ownership 이 변함이 없음은 증명할 수 있겠는데, 제가 visa stamp를 받을때 조금 걱정되는것은 EIN (Employer’s Identification Number)가 바뀐것인데.. 혹시 왜..amandment of company information 을 안했냐고 트집을 잡을까봐서요.. 잘 아시는 분이 계시면 답변주십시요..

Entity change from sole proprietorship to S-corporation is not material change for H1 holder to file an amandement.H1-B status is approved based on individual qualification of job performance. If your job duties, description, and/or status of employemnt change from/to full time and from/to part time have been changed, you shoud file the amandement. If you search at CIS web site, there is brief explanation about it as I recall.
