FYZ Law Group LLP New Year Greetings
In the upcoming 2013, we FYZ LLP bless all workingus readers a Happy New Year and everything goes smoothly.
Looking back on the recently passed 2012, we especially have much thanks for those friends that have given us trust and support. Without your continuous attention and affirmation, we would never be able to achieve the results today.
Along the way, FYZ Law Group LLP has made remarkable achievements in our consistent efforts and persistence. In the year 2012, we have had a 100% approval ratio in several major application categories such as EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-2 PERM, and H-1B. At FYZ, there are several case-handling principles that we must adhere to: 1) letters of recommendation must be completed within 3-4 business days; 2) Questions and inquiries other than recommendation letters must be replied in 1-2 business days; 3) When the client’s application information is complete, the first draft of the petition letter will be written within 7 business days; 4) After the client approves the petition letter, the case will be submitted to the USCIS within 3 business days; 5) Client’s calls will be returned within 1-2 business days; 6) All consulting and legal work will personally be completed by the lawyer within 1-2 business days. This system requires lawyers to adhere to efficient and high quality requirements. But at the same time, this is the best protection of our clients’ access to high-quality services within the shortest period of time. The perfect approval ratio in 2012 is the best reward for our persistent efforts.
In 2012, we successfully organized a few sessions of online salon to discuss how to improve the EB-1 and NIW approval rates. This platform provided us with the opportunity to communicate directly with everyone. Even though the main purpose of these sessions was to provide practical advice, but we learned a lot of you too. From these sessions, we have a clear understanding as to what concerns that the majority of people have. In 2013, we not only will continue these exchanges, we will broaden the scope to discuss H-1B, PERM, and other related issues.
At FYZ, the three partners have a total of more than 30 years of experience, we successfully petitioned hundreds of applications. But even so, we have adhered to the principle that each case is unique and our case planning need to take this into account. Only when we view every case as different, we can successfully highlight the strengths and minimize the weaknesses of the applicant so that we could elevate the potential of approval. We firmly believe that the lawyer’s experience is the key to success, the diligence of the lawyers is the cornerstone of success, and the lawyer’s persistence is a guarantee of success. We are particularly proud of the lawyers at FYZ because we did it.
In looking forward to the prospects of 2013, we have mixed feelings. The joy is that the general direction of the immigrations reforms is good; but the worry comes in with the immediate impact of the weak economy to the immigration market. In order to lessen the pressure of the high national debt, the budgets are getting cut back and it will especially affect EB-1 and NIW applicants because of the lack of research funds. We have already seen that many customers are facing unemployment because they are not granted for next year’s research funds. Therefore, how to maintain legal status, when to start green card application and if forced to leave the United States, whether it’s still possible to continue with the green card application process, are problems that people need to face in 2013. FYZ Law Group LLP will put greater efforts to provide answers to everyone’s questions. We hope to help more friends in 2013.
