AQS 는 실리콘밸리에 본사가 있는 전자제품 위탁생산 서비스
제공업체로서, PCB assembly, New Product Introduction (NPI), Product
Integration, Testing, Quality Inspection, Logistics 등 전자제품 생산에 관한
One-stop 서비스를 1991 년 설립 이후 지속적으로 제공하고 있음. 고객은
주로 본사가 있는 실리콘밸리 및 미국 그리고 지사(중국, 홍콩, 한국)가 있는
아시아에 있으며 Google Spoon, Google Ara 등을 생산하고 있음

2. Open Position
1) 산업 디자이너
A. INDUSTRY GENERIC DESCRIPTION:
Leads, partakes in, and delivers measurable results on project oriented tasks
focused within the manufacturing and assembly arena. Responsible for
providing the technical engineering support that assures the absolute highest
quality and inefficiencies to all aspects of a manufacturing process.
B. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with production leaders to improve the productivity and
quality of PCB builds
• Prepare DFM for customers, prepare formal DFM reports and communicate the design discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot process defects and drive toward problem resolution.
• Attend quality meetings and drive quality issues for improved higher yields.
• Design manufacturing processes and make MPI (manufacturing process
instructions) for PCB builds.
• Lead and/or participate in ongoing and new tooling, materials, or equipment
qualification. Make recommendations based off findings and drive the
implementation effort
• Lead and/or participate in ongoing and new process improvement projects
(could be cost, time, and/or quality driven). Make recommendations based
off findings and drive implementation efforts
• Establish operating equipment specifications, improve manufacturing
techniques and introduce new process equipment to production.
• Oven profiling. BGA rework profiling experience. Statistical analysis of oven
data and profile control.
• Make modifications to customer paste files and interact with stencil vendors
to optimize the tooling. Collect component optimized paste file libraries for
DFM and internal use.
C. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
C-1. REQUIRED SKILLS
• Working knowledge via experience in understanding the PCBA
manufacturing process (includes equipment, processes, materials, thermal
profiling)
• Proficiency in computer skills – Word, Spreadsheet, Presentation
• Strong Design for Assembly, Design for Manufacturing skill set
• Proficiency in GC Prevue, Circuit Cam or equivalent DFM software tool(s)
• BGA rework experience in setting up profiles. CCGA, uBGA and CSP rework.
• Wave machine operation and profiling experience. Hands on experience
with Juki/MPM solder paste printer setup and print defect troubleshooting,
Vitronics oven profiling, and SRT rework machine experience.
• Thermal profiling experience.
• IPC 610 certified is desired.
• IQ/OQ/PQ qualification experience
• The ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in
sensitive situations. Strong communications skills
C-2. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of experience in the printed circuit assembly industry.
C-3. REQUIRED EDUCATION LEVEL
• Bachelor Degree on Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

2) 광학 카메라 생산
– Experience in factory line preferred

3) 프로그래머
– Solidworks, Autocad
– Knows well on SQL and Visual Basic

3. 근무조건
